Ronatagz collects the information needed to create and manage digital profiles, including name, email, username, phone number, profile content, links, card plan, onboarding choices, card orders, and support messages.
We collect basic analytics such as profile visits, Save Contact actions, and link interactions to help customers understand profile performance. We use safeguards to reduce repeated or artificial counts.
We use data to provide digital profiles, NFC card services, QR code features, dashboard analytics, customer support, account notifications, order tracking, and platform security.
Public profile information is visible to anyone with the profile link or QR code unless the customer hides the profile from the dashboard or an admin hides it.
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics storage, and payment or order operations.
Customers may request account deletion from the dashboard. Admins may also delete accounts when required for support, policy, or security reasons.
