Service

Ronatagz provides digital profile pages, NFC smart card support, QR code features, social links, order tracking, notifications, and dashboard analytics.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure profile names, links, photos, phone numbers, emails, and business information are accurate and lawful.

Public Profile Content

Profile pages may be public when shared by NFC tap, QR code, or profile link. Ronatagz may hide or remove content that is abusive, misleading, illegal, or harmful to the platform.

NFC Cards and Orders

Card packages, designs, quantities, order status, delivery notes, and tracking updates may be managed through the dashboard or by Ronatagz admin support.

Analytics

Analytics are provided for guidance only. Counts may be filtered, limited, or adjusted to reduce repeated actions, spam, bots, or technical duplication.

Availability

We aim to keep Ronatagz fast and reliable, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, third-party provider issues, or security work.

Account Deletion

Customers can request deletion of their account. Ronatagz admins may also delete accounts for support, security, legal, or policy reasons.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of Ronatagz after updates means the latest terms apply.
